Assessor Information System (AIS™) represents the leading tools and technologies for today's municipal real estate tax assessor. This S&S application combines the power of a Microsoft® SQL database engine with the power of computer-assisted mass appraisal (CAMA,) or Marshall & Swift, giving tax assessors a robust tool for determining property values and ad valorem taxes. Extremely flexible, AIS™ even allows for auto-calculation methods for moveables, Oil and Gas property, personal property, as well as custom calculations. Integration with sketching software, mapping software, and digital photography is available to print property record cards with all appraisal information. Using the ease of mobile devices, AISport™ can be used to collect data remotely, and then synchronize the data with AIS™ to expedite the assessment process. AIS™ can also be web-enabled to allow the public to view property records via Internet connectivity.
