Technology providers Nodus Technologies and Avalara signed an OEM partnership agreement that will integrate Avalara's sales tax automation Web service into Nodus Technologies' suite of electronic payment and online commerce products.

According to Jared Vogt, President and CEO of Avalara, "Resulting from this agreement, Nodus Technologies will integrate Avalara's AvaTax service with Nodus Technologies' Credit Card Advantage, eStore Advantage and eStore Solution Stack products. This OEM integration will provide Nodus clients with an accurate, automated way of calculating sales tax - in real time - across the more than 8,000 North American taxing jurisdictions with every payment and each e-commerce transaction."
