INVOKE SYSTEMS EXPANDS CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS

Local Technology Firm Positioned As Top Microsoft Partner in CRM

Baltimore, MD (11/16/05)– In a move to accommodate an expanding client base and growing workforce, Baltimore-based technology firm Invoke Systems has relocated its headquarters to Research Park Drive in Baltimore, Maryland.

“Invoke Systems is bursting at the seams,” said Jim Stout, CEO of Invoke Systems. “In the last 18 months the firm has put in place a new management team, refocused our core business offerings, and secured the position as the go to partner for Microsoft’s CRM solution – moving to a space that could accommodate this kind of internal expansion is a natural step in our evolution. ”

Invoke has taken nearly 7,000 square feet at the bwtech@UMBC, a 41-acre Research & Technology Park being developed by Grosvenor in collaboration with the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). In addition to its new corporate headquarters, the firm recently expanded its offices in Redmond, Washington by several thousand feet.

Invoke Systems played an instrumental role in the creation of Microsoft’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution in 2001. Leveraging their expertise and the resources of their Microsoft partnership, today Invoke implements the CRM tool for small- to mid-size businesses.  Additionally the firm provides custom application development and systems management for government organizations and large businesses.
