INVOKE SYSTEMS IMPLEMENTS MICROSOFT CRM 3.0 FOR ENTREQUEST
Baltimore, MD (December 8, 2005)--Baltimore-based Invoke Systems will implement Microsoft’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 3.0 tool for EntreQuest, a sales training and development company.
“The Microsoft CRM 3.0 tool will centralize sales, marketing and customer service information for EntreQuest, providing the company with a more unified view of their entire customer base,” says Invoke Systems CEO Jim Stout.
According to Stout, CRM 3.0’s seamless integration with popular existing Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Windows, and Office “creates an easy and fast transition for employees using the CRM system.”
“We initially made the transition from salesforce.com to Microsoft’s CRM because it is not just a sales force automation tool,” explains Joe Mechlinski, President of EntreQuest. “CRM 3.0 integrates with all segments of our business, allowing us to customize the software to work the way we do, not the other way around.”
With projected revenue’s expected to double in 2006, EntreQuest partnered with Invoke Systems to successfully link the tool with the company’s client service division.CRM 3.0 eventually will be linked to EntreQuest’s accounting function as well.
“Invoke Systems was the first technology company that we saw using Microsoft CRM 3.0 as if they were a sales organization, “ notes Jason Pappas, CEO of EntreQuest.“We felt comfortable knowing Invoke understood what we do and how we do it.”
Pappas reports that CRM 3.0 “has been greeted enthusiastically by our employees.” It has allowed for a faster adoption curve among the sales team and set EntreQuest up for the next three-to-five years of managing and scaling the business.
“This CRM tool is a great fit for a small company like EntreQuest,” says Stout.“It is a cost effective investment, offering a broader answer to meeting the needs of an aggressively growing company.”
