INVOKE SYSTEMS IMPLEMENTS MICROSOFT CRM 3.0 FOR MATRIX TECHNOLOGIES

 

Baltimore, MD – Baltimore-based Invoke Systems has been selected to implement Microsoft’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 3.0 tool for Matrix Technologies, Inc. a leading provider of telecommunications/voice, and data solutions.

 

The Microsoft CRM 3.0 tool will provide Matrix Technologies with a more unified view of their customers by centralizing sales, marketing, and customer service information. Its seamless integration with popular existing Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Windows, and Office creates an easy and fast transition for employees using the CRM system, according to Jim Stout, CEO of Invoke Systems.
