Baltimore, MD (January 10, 2006) – Invoke Systems, a Baltimore-based technology firm, will receive the prestigious Microsoft Partner Award for their expertise and success with Microsoft’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution.

“This award not only acknowledges the value Microsoft places on their relationship with Invokes Systems as the go-to CRM partner in the Mid Atlantic region, it also recognizes a significant client success for Invoke,” says Jim Stout, CEO of Invoke Systems.

Invoke Systems leveraged the Microsoft CRM solution with several other Microsoft products to help a client increase sales by 40 percent from the previous year, explains Stout.“When you know a product the way Invoke knows Microsoft CRM, achieving success for clients comes easy,” he added.

Invoke Systems is being awarded in the “Compete” category of the Microsoft Partner Awards, where Microsoft recognizes key competitive wins achieved by partners who secure tough competitive opportunities.

This is the second Microsoft Partner Award Invoke has received for its CRM expertise. The first was the Microsoft Competency Award for the Mid-Atlantic region in mid 2005.Invoke Systems has also achieved the status of Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and has earned the Microsoft Business Solutions and Information Worker competencies distinction.

Invoke Systems played an instrumental role in the creation of Microsoft’s CRM solution more than four years ago. Invoke built a product called iCommunicate.net that was sold to Microsoft in April of 2001. Shortly after the acquisition, Invoke's developers became Microsoft employees and formed the Microsoft CRM application development team. Nearly 15 months ago, three of the senior Microsoft CRM developers returned to Invoke Systems.
