PartnerPoint announced today the launch of the new PartnerNews service for it's members.

The new PartnerNews service provided thru the PartnerPoint portal provides its members with a vehicle to post and promote newsworthy items to the PartnerPoint community.  This service will also be included in the future PartnerSearch service, which is planned to provide an entire site wide search for all information on any particular partner.  This Search will allow users to search for any information on a partner, including ISVShowcase entries, PartnerProfile entries, PartnerEvent entries, and PartnerNews entries.

Members can post information on their own.  However, all new entries will have to be approved before they are posted to the site.
