Speaker: Joe Mechlinski Bio: Joe Mechlinski specializes in working with aggressively growing companies, along with their sales teams throughout the country. With a proven track record for scaling companies, Joe focuses his efforts primarily working with EntreQuest’s clients in strategic sales growth, creating successful sales structures and developing winning environments to attract and retain top talent. Joe is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. Prior to EntreQuest, Joe was the co-founder of several other companies, including one that grew rapidly with over 150 employees in just 3 years. Through a concentration in strategic sales growth, he was primarily responsible for the recruiting and training of field managers and worked extensively with management developing presentation and sales skills. Joe has completed the Mastery University program of Robbins Research International, as well as the curriculum of Landmark Education. Joe is a member of the National Speakers Association and has also been accepted into the Greater Baltimore Committee’s 2007 LEADERship program.
