Subject: In which cases does it really make sense for a client to select Digital-Clay over MS CRM ?

Hi,
I seem to be losing clients in the last few months to Digital-Clay and was wondering when does it really make sense from the client's point of view to prefer Clay over MS CRM.

Sorry for replying you late as i just saw your query . Digital Clay have its own advantages over MS-CRM the main one:
1. Low cost license as compared to that of MS-CRM .
2. Client can easily define its work flow and customiize according to his use.
3. When client wants to develop further application and integrate the same with CRM , there is seamless integration in Digital Clay

There are so many advantages with Digital Clay , I am not saying that MS-CRM i not good but development and usability and custimzation in DC(Digital Clay) if very easy.
