We all know social networking sites like Hyves, Facebook, MySpace and LinkedIn. All of these site are "outside" an organization.
I believe there is more and more need for manageable social networking environments inside the company where we can blog, publish ideas and challenges, etc. At the same time, we believe the base platform for this should be SharePoint. How interesting would it be to have a solution that extends and leverages SharePoint's core functionality to transform the intranet into a platform for universal Employee Engagement. What if it supports the development and execution of engagement strategies in a unique and compelling way?
I look forward to your feedback!
