Our CMMS software, The Asset Guardian, is the perfect solution for companies with assets that require scheduled maintenance, unscheduled repair or inspection as part of their life cycle.  The Asset Guardian allows you to pre-define the maintenance or inspection schedules for assets.  If desired, personnel and/or skill requirements can be associated with a step or sub-step to be used in suggesting who should perform the work.  Unplanned events, such as breakdown repair are also handled with ease.  In addition, functions are available to assure tools, consumables and MRO inventory items are available and allocated to any event when it occurs.

Virtually anything requiring care can be defined as an asset.  Once the asset and the rules are established in The Asset Guardian, schedules are automatically produced and available for distribution and execution.  An interactive scheduling matrix is also created showing technician schedules by calendar day through our Dispatch Board.  The dynamic change feature in the Dispatch Board enables you to make changes to the schedule, personnel assignments or work steps to meet your needs.

Once events are scheduled and ready for execution, The Asset Guardian provides the ability to create a Work Detail Packet in either electronic or printed form.  The purpose of the packet is to provide the personnel assigned to an event a package of information, such as a work order, concerning the work to be performed.
