Binary Stream's eMailer Manager™ enhancement was developed to address the growing demand for a mass e-mailing solution for Great Plains with integrations to Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes. Instead of sending documents individually, the eMailer Manager™, which is a simple and smart tool, is designed to allow Great Plains users to easily batch-process and e-mail, fax or use EDI to deliver various documents such as customer invoices, purchase orders, statements, EFT remittance reports, and employee pay stubs.

The eMailer Manager™ enhancement allows businesses to e-mail, fax, or use EDI to deliver an unlimited amount of documents to an unlimited number of recipients. For faxing and EDI capabilities, Rightfax or Zetafax and vSync's EDI software are required. Existing customers that have large volumes of documents to send on a weekly basis have reported a reduction in processing time by up to 42 seconds per document.
