I was wondering if any of our ISV members know much about, or have participated in vendor certifcation programs such as the ones offered by Microsoft and Citrix ("Approve for _______ ", etc.).

If so, was it time and money well spent? Would you do it again? What would you like to see done differently in those programs to make them more valuable to your firm?

It all depends on what program you are getting tested for, specifically the certification can be used to gain marketing money and other advantages.
