Share your thoughts on what works in your relationship with Microsoft as a Public Sector partner…or what doesn’t.

Two best entries (as subjective judged by my team and me) win an 80 Gb Zune.

Bring 'em on!!

We have been working with a Microsoft Sales Team that has helped alot with our County Clients. The ability to setup conferences with Microsoft to Demo the Applications and Explain the Licensing Models have been awesome.
As a Partner we rely on Microsoft to provide us Tools and support for our Sales and Implementation processes.

The current program has helped us secure some major opportunities for both our Company and Microsoft.

Providing these Clients not only the information about Licensing options but also to make sure they are in compliance has set us apart from other companies.

We are also business partners with other vendors in the computer industry however none of these other vendors have provided the level of support we have recieved from Microsoft.

Thanks again Microsoft for the help and support,

Brad Brown

For us at Tyler Technologies, what has worked best is working closely with the Public Sector sales team to identify opportunities to link our ERP applications with Microsoft CRM technology. Having two sales teams addressing a prospects needs from two different approaches yet sharing one common vision has become a win-win-win with all parties involved benefiting from this collaborative approach.
